Every so often in the game making community, grand competitions are held, designed to test entrants' creativity and swiftness, challenge all of their skills, and to push their endurance to the limit. Typically, contestants are given a mere 48 hours to design and construct and entire game, all under the creative restriction of three key words, or an overarching theme or requirement. With the nigh insurmountable challenge, and gruelling conditions before them, few are deranged enough to enter, and even fewer willing to return.
